How do I create a car listing?+

Simply log in, click "List My Car", upload photos and basic vehicle info, and let our AI inspection process begin. Most listings go live within 24 hours.

Can I edit my listing after posting?+

Yes, you can edit most details anytime. However, major changes like vehicle type will trigger a new AI inspection.

How does the AI negotiation work?+

Our AI analyzes market data and makes fair offers automatically. You receive notifications and can accept, counter, or reject any offer.

Can I negotiate manually instead of using AI?+

Absolutely. You maintain full control and can choose to negotiate directly with buyers while keeping AI insights available.

Is my payment information secure?+

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS compliance to protect all payment data. We never store full credit card numbers.

What are the transaction fees?+

We charge a 2% transaction fee when a deal closes. For buyers, there are no additional fees. Sellers pay the transaction fee at closing.

What browsers are supported?+

GramGee works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated.

How do I reset my password?+

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with a reset link valid for 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. Note that this will cancel any active listings and deals.

Can I have multiple accounts?+

Each email address can have one account. Business accounts with multiple listings require our business tier.
